Mirroyal (born in 1997, in Azerbaijan) received a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and was a Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship holder throughout his studies (2016-2020). Before moving to Budapest, he was doing BA in Finance at Qafqaz University and was an Azerbaijan Government Scholarship holder (2014-2016). He holds an MSc. in Control and Robotics: Control for Green Mechatronics (GREEM) from UBFC (ComUE), France (with the support of EIPHI Graduate (M1), and UBFC Excellence Scholarships (M2)).

He is currently doing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Sciences at King's College London (funded by EPSRC).

He is interested in multidisciplinary research on robotics and control.
